Our client, a leader in facility maintenance, is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic 2 to join their team. As a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic 2, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting a diverse range of facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• 
  
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  
• Assist in maintenance and repair efforts while independently completing defined tasks.
  
• Conduct inspections and repairs of property interiors and exteriors, including walls, flooring, and lighting.
  
• Maintain and repair plumbing components such as toilets, sinks, and water heaters.
  
• Prioritize and manage work orders effectively, ensuring compliance with safety procedures.
  
  
  What's Needed?
  
  
  • 
    
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
    
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in maintenance.
    
  • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
    
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office and CMMS.
    
  • Experience in carpentry, electrical, and plumbing maintenance.
