Job Description:

The Axiom Developer will be involved in the Global Regulatory System project, focusing on regulatory reporting in APAC, EMEA, and NA regions. The role will primarily support the implementation of EMEA regulatory reports using Axiom SL, while also engaging in BAU (business as usual) support activities, such as patch updates and regular filing enhancements.Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in development activities for Axiom-related projects across various regulatory reporting initiatives.
• Support BAU activities, including patch updates and enhancements for regular regulatory filings.
• Create Axiom objects such as Data Sources, Data Models, Shorthand's, Portfolios, and Aggregations.
• Map and configure free-form reports, tabular reports, and automate Axiom workflows.
• Configure APAC taxonomy reports (Singapore, Australia) and EMEA regulatory reporting initiatives.
• Develop and review PL SQL and other DB code for data sourcing into Axiom.
• Conduct performance tuning inside Axiom controller view and at the DB level.
• Prepare and execute unit test cases for developed components.
• Review and understand project-related documents like BRD, FSD, and design solutions with minimal guidance.
• Work with business partners, technology teams, and clients, providing clear walkthroughs and communication on development activities.Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience as a developer in the IT industry.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on development experience with Axiom Controller View.
  • Expertise in regulatory & risk reporting modules in Axiom (Prime reports, CCAR, SCCL, FR2052a, etc.).
  • Familiarity with financial and reporting data.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with business partners and technology teams.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring and automating Axiom workflows, including free-form and tabular reports.
  • Prior experience with APAC (Singapore, Australia) and EMEA regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Proficient in PL SQL and database-related coding for data sourcing into Axiom.
  • Ability to tune performance at both the Axiom Controller View and DB levels.
  • Experience in preparing and executing detailed unit test cases.Preferred Qualifications:
    • Prior experience with US regulatory reports (FFIEC031, FFIEC041, FFIEC009, etc.).
    • Experience in developing ETL jobs and shell scripting.
    • Knowledge in regulatory reporting and data warehousing.Certifications:None specified, but relevant certifications in Axiom or related technologies would be a plus.
