The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing solutions for handling Lotus Notes data, DXL file processing/conversion and migrating into Enterprise Content management platform. This role requires strong customer handling experience to engage with clients effectively, understand business needs, and provide technical guidance and solutions. Additionally, the candidate must possess excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders at various levels and ensure smooth project execution.Key Responsibilities:Lotus Notes & DXL Processing:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize applications for handling and converting Lotus Notes data, including DXL file operations to ingest into ECM platform.
• Design and implement solutions to convert Lotus Notes content to other formats while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Work with Domino Designer and related Lotus Notes tools for effective data management and migration.Java Development & Architecture:
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of key project modules, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Proficiency in Java-based technologies, including Core Java, JSP, Servlets, EJB.
  • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs is a must.
  • Knowledge of JBoss Application Server, including deployment and troubleshooting.
  • Strong experience in PostgreSQL database design, query writing, and stored procedures.Customer Engagement & Communication:
    • Act as a key technical liaison between the team and customers, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
    • Engage directly with clients to gather requirements, address concerns, and provide strategic recommendations.
    • Effectively communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term collaboration.Technical Leadership & Team Collaboration:
      • Provide mentorship and code reviews for team members.
      • Perform root cause analysis, bug tracking, and resolution for application issues.
      • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and project success.Testing & Security Compliance:
        • Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
        • Review security testing reports and load testing results, implementing necessary improvements.Continuous Learning & Best Practices:
          • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices in Java, Lotus Notes, and data conversion processes.
