Siebel CRM Developer opportunity in Chicago, ILLocation:
Chicago, ILJob Description10+ years of experience in Siebel CRM
(preferably in Siebel IP24).3+ years in experience in being first
point of contact for Incident management, problem ticket management
and roles demanding categorization and analysis of support tickets
of critical & major priority.Strong knowledge of Siebel
Configuration, Workflows, Business Services, Admin, EIM and
Scripting (eScript, VBScript).Experience in Siebel EAI (Web
Services, Integration Objects, MQ, REST, SOAP).Hands-on experience
with SQL, PL/SQL, and database troubleshooting (Oracle, SQL
Server).Understanding of Siebel architecture, logs, and debugging
tools.Familiarity with claims processing in Siebel or other
insurance/healthcare systems.Track issue trends and identify areas
for process improvements.Prepare reports and dashboards to
highlight recurring problems.Document resolutions, standard
operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices for knowledge
