Job Description:

A company is looking for a Retail Technical Support Representative - Remote.
Key Responsibilities

Provide front line technical assistance for consumers regarding high speed internet services
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a fast-paced customer-facing environment
Manage trouble ticket systems for user issues and ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries

Required Qualifications

Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
6 months of customer service experience preferred
High School Graduate or GED
Comfort with desktop computer systems and navigating Windows operating systems
Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
