As the RPA Development Lead, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions, primarily using UI Path, to drive efficiency and digital transformation across the organization. You will lead a team of RPA developers and collaborate with business units to identify automation opportunities, ensuring seamless end-to-end automation deployment.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of RPA solutions using UI Path, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and efficient automation.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in RPA development, such as reusable components, modular designs, and effective exception handling.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders to understand process requirements and translate them into RPA solutions.
  • Drive the complete RPA development lifecycle, from feasibility assessment, process discovery, design, and development, to testing and deployment.
  • Work with business analysts to map out processes and define automation scope, ensuring that they align with organizational goals.
  • Conduct RPA assessments to identify potential opportunities for automation within business processes.
  • Lead RPA workshops and training sessions for business users, ensuring they are well-versed in RPA capabilities and implementation.
  • Optimize bot performance and troubleshoot any operational issues in production environments.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in RPA and UI Path technology to continuously improve existing automation workflows.
  • Provide recommendations for further automation or process improvements based on industry trends and emerging technologies.Essential Qualifications and Skills:
  • 8+ years of experience in RPA development with a focus on UI Path. Strong knowledge of UI Path Studio, Orchestrator, and related UI Path tools.
  • 2+ years of experience in an RPA leadership or senior developer role, with proven expertise in leading teams and delivering RPA solutions.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as VB.NET, C#, or Python.
  • Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and integration with other systems for RPA solutions.
  • Experience with AI/ML integration in RPA is a plus.
  • Highly proficient in verbal and written communication. Comfortable in working directly with senior business stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing the deployment of bots into production environments and monitoring their performance.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or related subject matter required.Preferred Qualifications
  • UI Path Advanced Certification (preferred).
  • Background in financial services is preferred.
  • RPA-related certifications (e.g., Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) are a plus.
