Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel &
Compliance Officer to join their Legal and Compliance team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal advice on contracts, corporate governance,
compliance, and regulatory matters
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and
partners
Advise the executive team on corporate governance and collaborate
with various teams to support business goals
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) with an active state bar license
4+ years of legal experience, preferably in a technology or SaaS
company
Ability to apply logical reasoning to complex issues and provide
actionable legal solutions
Experience with financial regulations, corporate governance, and
managing contracts
Familiarity with legal tech tools and systems is preferred
