• Working closely with Product team to prioritize the product backlog
• Managing a team of software engineers, database developers, and other software development positions.
• Participating in all stages of the software development lifecycle.
• Serving as a subject matter expert.
• Coordinating activities with other teams including Technical Operations, QA, Product Management, Project Management, Service Ops and Creative teams
• Leading efforts in developing standards and best practices including effective code reviews.
• Performing studies and providing innovative recommendations and solutions for transforming digital marketing solutions
• Evaluating application and hardware requirements for various systems and providing recommendations to Service Operations team
• Evaluating and coordinating with vendors to enhance the technical capabilities of the business and our products.
• Managing a team of software engineers, providing feedback and mentoring, conducting performance reviews, and assisting with recruitment.
 
For consideration, you must have the following:
 
• 12+ years of experience in software development
• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is preferred
• 2+ years of experience managing project and project timelines as a scrum master. Expertise with Agile values, principals and the Scrum framework.
• 5+ years of experience in managing a team of software engineers
• Experience creating applications for Healthcare industry is preferred
• Ability to analyze problems and develop complete solutions
• Expertise in designing, coding, unit testing, and debugging complex web-based software applications.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Excellent organization skills and the ability to achieve results within tight deadlines
• Excellent decision making skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
