Primary responsibilities of the job include:

Managing project budgets and schedules in retail and restaurant construction
Demonstrating excellent written and oral communication skills
Providing attention to detail and organizational skills



A successful candidate will possess the following:

5-10 years of experience running projects in retail and/or restaurant
Experience running projects from $100k - $5 million in size and 8-12 weeks in duration
Strong leadership and management skills
Must be willing to travel 100% nationwide



Salary Range: $100-130K
