Job Description:

A company is looking for a BCBA Clinical Supervisor (hybrid remote/must be local).
Key Responsibilities

Supervise Program Managers and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in applying applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques
Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, AFLS, Essentials for Living, and FBA/FAs
Provide ethical supervision and programming to ensure high-quality treatment for clients

Required Qualifications and Education

Master's degree and BCBA credential
At least 3 years of experience in ABA
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
Demonstrates a commitment to person-centered, neurodiversity-affirming treatment methods
Reliable vehicle and willingness to drive up to 40 miles a day
