This is more than just a recruitment role - it's about making a lasting impact by sourcing, recruiting, and placing top-tier talent at all levels, from entry-level to executive positions.Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the recruitment process for a diverse range of internal positions across the Company portfolio, ensuring you attract top talent in a timely, cost-effective, and efficient manner.
• Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline, actively engaging with top-tier candidates through innovative sourcing strategies.
• Partner with senior leadership and stakeholders to understand the company's vision, culture, and talent needs.
• Use data-driven insights and recruitment analytics to optimize processes.
• Collaborate with leadership to elevate employer branding.
• Develop and implement retention strategies that ensure hired talent is set up for long-term success.
• Continuously refine recruitment processes by staying ahead of industry trends.Qualifications:
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar client-focused role.
• Proven ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• A proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-energy workplace.
• Proficiency in Google Suite or similar software.
