If you are looking for a company where you can see your impact makes a difference in the company, this may be the place for you.What We are Looking For:We are seeking a Traveling Leasing Consultant to assist with leasing operations at properties within our portfolio across Michigan, Wisconsin, and Illinois. In this role, you'll work closely with leasing teams to drive occupancy and streamline operations.Pay: $25 per hour, with a significant portion of compensation earned through commissions.Here are some things that will make you successful:

• Willingness to travelWhat you will be doing:As a Traveling Leasing Consultant, your primary goal is to equip potential residents at our various properties with the information they need to make informed decisions. This role is vital for maintaining occupancy in our units and fostering a positive leasing experience.Core responsibilities include:
  • Present apartments to prospective clients in a persuasive manner
  • Assist Community Manager in discovering suitable tenants
  • Promote unoccupied properties through various media and advertising techniques
  • Provide accurate information on the different features of the property
  • Negotiate leasing terms and complete agreements
  • Keep abreast of the property market status
  • Ensure proper maintenance and inspect the property periodicallyWhere you will work:This position will require you to be on-site at various properties throughout Michigan, Wisconsin, and Illinois.Compensation Structure:
    • Hourly Rate: $25 per hour ($52,000) annually
    • New Lease Commission: $200 per new lease signed
    • Renewal Commission: $25 per lease renewalTotal Estimated Commissions: $18,000-$38,000 annuallyTotal Estimated Compensation: $ 70,000 - $90,000 annually (based on performance, hours worked, and number of new leases/renewals)Why work for Bender Companies:
