Job Description:
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Implementation
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow to meet
client business requirements
Collaborate with Architects and Business Analysts to document
business outcomes and translate them into ServiceNow solution
designs
Develop and maintain complex scripts, business rules, and UI
policies, and assist in integrating ServiceNow with other
systems
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
3+ years of relevant experience
2+ years of experience with CMDB Implementation
Demonstrated expertise in at least two ServiceNow modules (e.g.,
ITSM, CSM)
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
US Citizenship is required; Public Trust or ability to obtain
one
