Head of Enterprise OperationsApply locations: Chicago, IllinoisTime type: Full timePosted on: Posted 3 Days AgoTime left to apply: End Date: May 25, 2025 (30+ days left to apply)Job requisition id: R0006197Job Responsibilities:Reporting to the Head of AIS, the Head of Enterprise Operations is responsible for designing policies, overseeing customer service, and implementing technology solutions, particularly in AI and within the context of language and content solutions.MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and mentor a diverse team of AIS professionals based across the globe.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive operations excellence, efficiency, and scalability across the AI Services team.
• Align operation goals with Welocalize AI overall mission and objectives.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of AI projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to meet and exceed client expectations.
• Serve as a key point of contact for strategic clients, and understand their needs and requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Manage contracts and relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, and optimise workflows to automate and eliminate repetitive tasks.
• Develop, implement, and improve current best practices and tools to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Establish and enforce quality assurance processes to maintain the highest standards in AIS projects.
• Create and implement feedback mechanisms and performance metrics to measure and improve quality, productivity, and effectiveness over time.
• Utilize data analytics tools and metrics to monitor operational performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks, like project delays, resource constraints or client escalations.
• Develop contingency plans and proactive solutions to minimize business impact.
• Ensure compliance with our industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies related to AI, language services, data protection and privacy and security.REQUIREMENTSEducation:

• Bachelor's degree (BA), or equivalent work experience.Experience:
  • 5-10 years of experience in operations management, preferably within AI data services, or a closely related field.Skills & Knowledge:
