Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Content Strategist for a contract position in Chicago, IL. The opportunity will be one year with a strong chance for a long-term extension.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

Support product experts in developing internal and external product-related sales materials and product collateral for TPS Commercial Bank (US & CAN).
Manage intake items based on requests from Product Management, often related to new product rollouts.
Leverage previous banking experience to recommend product positioning strategies for the Sales Team.
Create professional documents such as benefit sheets, pitch slides, and sales primers to promote client's TPS product suite.
Obtain legal/compliance approval and collaborate with approved translation companies as needed.

Risk and Control

Ensure external documentation meets marketing requirements and regulatory compliance standards.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and Bank information following Policies & Procedures.
Comply with all regulatory and compliance requirements.
Follow security and safeguarding procedures to prevent loss due to fraud, robbery, counterfeiting, money laundering, or defalcation.


Qualifications:

BA or BS in marketing, business management, or communications.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in graphic design/marketing of sales content or collateral.
Experience communicating/presenting to all levels of management.
3-5 years of experience in a banking environment, ideally within Treasury Management Sales or Product.
3-5 years of experience in graphic design, project management, technical writing, marketing, or sales support.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
High proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Word and PowerPoint, and ideally graphics programs like InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.


Preferred:

French language skills are a plus but not required.
Treasury management experience
Sales experience, ideally in banking and Treasury
Previous banking experience
