Job Description:

The Department of Computer Science in the College of Arts and Sciences at Loyola University Chicago seeks qualified candidates for an appointment as Lecturer beginning Fall 2025. The department is based at Loyola's Lake Shore Campus and has 17 full-time faculty members serving approximately 500 undergraduate majors and minors and 120 master's students, and nine PhD students enrolled in computer science, cybersecurity, information technology, and software engineering degree programs. Topics courses and development of new courses are encouraged. The successful candidate will also engage in professional development activities as well as service at the department level or above. The successful candidate is expected to be involved in the cybersecurity club and the Loyola Center for Cybersecurity, and to mentor students participating in regional and national cybersecurity competitions.For more information and to apply, please visit
