Job Description:
A company is looking for a User Experience Designer
Principal.
Key Responsibilities
Own and scale the Figma design system to support a growing
enterprise ecosystem
Define and maintain UI components, patterns, and documentation that
empower designers and developers
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless
design-to-code implementation
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
7+ years of experience in UI design, with at least 4 years focused
on design systems
Strong understanding of UI development principles, including
reading HTML, CSS, and some JavaScript
Deep experience with design tools (Figma, Sketch) and design system
management tools (Storybook)
Familiarity with component-based design and front-end frameworks
(React, Vue)
Solid grasp of accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA) and usability
principles
