Analyst position will be providing administrative support to
executive level Commercial Real Estate and Facilities leader. This
person will take the initiative and be proactive with your
executive's schedule and projects, establish a good working
relationship with your executives' direct reports, assure the
accurate, efficient, and timely processing of activities in these
areas through proper planning and scheduling, gather information
and compiles reports, and may make recommendations for manager,
based upon data/findings.This person will,
- Support the Deputy Head of Commercial Real Estate and
Facilities and other senior managers, as requested. Ensure
consistency and effectiveness for all Business Line
activities.
- Provide the Business Line with support to communicate and
implement administrative changes relative to staffing, role
definition, performance standards and process changes.
- Provide direction and coordination through the life cycle of
project(s) to include planning, estimating, execution,
implementation, tracking and support as well as oversees the
ongoing review of projects(s) status; identifies risks and
developments.
- Provides data management, collection and distribution for the
Commercial Real Estate and Facilities Business Line. Assist in
analysis and reconciliation as required.
- Prepares and coordinates materials for Business Line
presentations to ensure accuracy of data and timely distribution,
including those to Board of Directors.
- Researches best practices and makes recommendations to enhance
efficiencies across the department and
company.RequirementsEducation
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Project Management or
equivalent combination of education and experience

- 4-7 years Administrative, Analytical, and/or Project
