We are committed to hiring, developing, and retaining a diverse workforce.Job Description Summary:Reporting to the Director, Financial Planning & Strategy, the Senior Analyst, Enterprise FP&A facilitates the company's financial planning (annual budget and quarterly forecast) and monthly/quarterly reporting cycles. The individual will partner with teams across the organization to support monthly review meetings with key stakeholders and develop and maintain a suite of reporting to drive business insights. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in finance, an eye for process improvement, experience with business performance software (i.e. Oracle), strong communication skills and attentiveness to detail.Job Description:Job Responsibilities (listed in order of importance and/or time spent)

• Own material creation for monthly meetings (Business Performance Council and Monthly Business Reviews) with multiple audiences of key business stakeholders. Tailor the materials to drive the necessary conversations with leadership teams and drive accountability to key performance indicator targets.
• Design, create and maintain a suite of reporting to provide visibility and actionable data insights to organizational decision makers.
• Serve as the Finance team's subject matter expert on our financial reporting system and budgeting tool and maintain data integrity of business performance metrics.
• Provide business partnership to facilitate quarterly external reporting and investor relations support.
• Consult with commercial, operations and corporate functions business partners to enhance and automate enterprise-wide business reporting.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesDoes this position have supervisory responsibilities?NoBasic Education and/or Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years' experience in an analytical role in finance, accounting, or business management.
  • At least 3 years' experience identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve issues and problems.
  • At least 3 years' experience in applying analytics
