Job Description:

The primary purpose of this position is to install, operate, program and maintain hardware and software for a variety of telecommunications systems.Why Ensign?Ensign Services, Inc.   • General understanding of telecommunications
  • Responding to incoming support phone calls and addressing tickets that are emailed into the support queue.
  • Provide a great customer service experience and maintain key performance standards that help drive success.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal - ability to communicate clearly with end users over the phone and via email.
  • Up to 25% travel required.
  • Demonstrate knowledge in telecommunication network design and Telco.
  • Technical and project management understanding to monitor and control communications systems performance.
  • Customer service and performance driven.
