with a regional model where the Regional Director of Sales &
Distribution will oversee the entire region's sales and
distribution team. This role is crucial to our sales organization,
driving the launch and expansion of Gorilla Energy in the US
market. The Regional Director will be responsible for scaling sales
through Direct Store Delivery (DSD) partnerships, regional chains,
and independent new customers, while managing costs and ROI within
aligned budgets. This position will collaborate closely with the
Senior Leadership Team on strategy, design, team and tool
development, and execution. As we prime our sales efforts for a
successful product launch, this role will be instrumental in
establishing a strong market presence and driving our growth. Ideal
locations for this role are Illinois, Minnesota or
