Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Analyst Quality Assurance
Specialist - Homeowners Insurance.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business processes and document requirements, workflows,
and system enhancements
Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to validate requirements
and manage testing outcomes
Develop test plans, execute manual testing, and maintain detailed
records for audit purposes
Required Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or
a related discipline (preferred)
2-4 years of experience in business analysis and quality assurance
software testing (required)
Experience in homeowner's insurance or related fields with
knowledge of insurance workflows
Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and
Microsoft Suite
Experience in test planning, execution, and defect management with
a focus on audit compliance
