Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of an IAM
Analyst for a contract position in Chicago, IL. The opportunity
will be one year with a strong chance for a long-term
extension.
Position Summary: The Enterprise Centralized Provisioning Utility
was established to consolidate, streamline, and simplify
provisioning practices. This improves the business experience and
ensures appropriate controls by reducing logical access risks with
strict adherence to processes, aligned with IAM governance. The
candidate will lead the effort in transitioning provisioning
processes from across client into the centralized provisioning
utility. The IAM Analyst is responsible for the oversight, support,
and daily administration of banks' applications.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
Act as the key escalation point for new and/or revised processes,
business issues, procedures, products, and processes of a more
complex nature.
Apply in-depth process knowledge to ensure consistency and
effectiveness of service and support, and effective management of
risk and controls.
Act as a key control over critical business activities related to
the area of expertise, with significant involvement in analyzing
and advising on business implications of options.
Adhere to the access control operating procedures.
Enforce access controls related to ID/account access and ensure
request approval checks, completeness validation, and correctness
checks are conducted.
Perform the day-to-day operations of access request, fulfillment,
and administration processes, ensuring access is
provisioned/modified/removed accurately and in a timely manner.
Execute the access attestation remediation requests as defined by
the access control operating procedures.
Qualifications:
Strong experience with troubleshooting and actioning
corrections.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to follow written direction and action items based on
provided SOPs.
Must have strong problem-solving skills and be able to exercise
discretion.
Ability to collaborate with team members and other internal
stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail.
Preferred:
Any knowledge of Identity Access Management.
Previous experience with Host.
