In this role, you will be responsible for managing 10 primary accounts and 20-30 transactional accounts, leveraging your upselling and cross-selling skills to drive revenue growth and strengthen client relationships. You will analyze data to identify process improvements, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure customer satisfaction. Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven professional with at least four years of account management experience in the supply chain/logistics industry.
