About The Role:

As a CBRE Investment Sales Sr. Analyst, you will develop business and market knowledge of large and high profile commercial real estate properties for clients and investors. You'll be involved in all stages of a transaction from the request for proposal through the coordination of due diligence and closing.

This role is in-office and based in Oak Brook, IL.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with brokers to plan and implement sales campaigns for primarily industrial assets on a one-off and portfolio basis, with specific focus on Chicago and other Midwest markets.
  • Provide investors with pertinent information on availability, current market conditions, and property values.
  • Conduct property tours and market tours with clients.
  • Compile property data for surveys, summary reports, maps, and status updates.
  • Prepare proposals, offering materials, memos and presentations for assignments and pursuits applying effective work planning.
  • Coordinate materials for transactions.
  • Review offers and term sheets.
  • Manage the due diligence process and be the driving force in working through the marketing and closing processes for each transaction, and be in constant communication with the team, the market and the Client.
  • Maintain current knowledge of market conditions, property values, and legislation that may affect the real estate industry.
  • Develop written executive summaries for individual property marketing materials or multiple property portfolios.
  • Research and develop written summary of individual or multiple tenants in buildings that are being marketed.
  • Work directly with clients - equity funds, REITs, institutional advisors, life companies, and offices (both external exposure and internal CBRE exposure) - establish and cultivate relationships with clients to ensure all aspects of a deal are met.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince to reach an agreement.

    To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily.     • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Real Estate Salesperson license required.
    • Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve problems.
    • Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
    • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (ex: InDesign, etc.).

      CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Investment Sales Senior Analyst position is $67,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $125,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
