Group is seeking a Structural Engineer in our Greenwood Village, CO
(Denver Tech Center), Phoenix, AZ, or Frisco, TX offices. This
position offers an opportunity to join an experienced structural
engineering group with growth trajectory and an additional unique
opportunity to play a central role in the development and expansion
of service markets within the western region of the US, with
primary focus in CO, TX, AZ, and surrounding states. The right
candidate is organized and self-motivated, understands the
importance of providing customer-oriented professional services at
all times and is proficient in technical building design and
construction services.Job Activities:
- Perform structural analysis and design for building structures
and related systems
- Develop construction documents and provide construction
administration services
- Perform site visits, client meetings and coordination with the
project team
- Participate in business development and client-facing
activitiesSpecific Requirements include:
- Bachelor's (required) or Master's degree (preferred) in Civil,
Structural, or Architectural Engineering, with emphasis in
structures
- 5-8 years of structural engineering experience
- Experience with design and construction administration of
building structures, preferably both new construction and
renovation of existing structures
- Experience designing with common construction materials: steel,
concrete, masonry and/or wood
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication
skills
- Strong team player in a multi-disciplinary environment that can
manage and contribute to several projects simultaneously
- Leadership qualities with ability to teach/train othersAbout
