Based in Chicago with advisors across the U.S., we operate as a registered investment advisor (RIA).Your Future TeamThe Director of IT Delivery Management will oversee a growing team responsible for the coordination and delivery of work across the Platform & Innovation department. This role is pivotal in managing the intake, coordination, and deployment of IT work, ensuring seamless technical operations and delivery of key IT initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of project and operations management skills, a strong understanding of ITIL and Infrastructure/Environment operations, and excellent cross-functional stakeholder management abilities. They will also be responsible for overseeing release and change management, as well as infrastructure project operations, to drive the success of the department's processes.What You'll Do

• Oversee the department's project intake, activation, and delivery gates along with interfacing with the Hightower PMO to coordinate delivery
• Provide technical project management to infrastructure projects across a variety of disciplines
• Oversees the release and change management processes, balancing release deployment activities with risk and ensuring the quality and consistency of our environments
• Facilitate the IT team's operational leadership function across technical domains within P&I and across affiliated Hightower entitiesWhat You'll Bring
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in a leadership role within IT service management, demonstrating a history of progressively increasing responsibilities.
  • ITIL Knowledge: Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices, with certifications such as ITIL Foundation, ITIL Practitioner, or ITIL Expert.
  • Project Management Proficiency: Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Technical Familiarity: Familiarity with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in IT service management.
  • Vendor Management Experience: Experience managing vendor relationships and contracts.
  • Information Security Understanding: Understanding of information security principles and practices.What We Offer
