reasons.DescriptionPosition SummaryThe Finance Office Manager will
report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and will assist with
administrative and data-driven activities that originate from the
Finance team. This position will perform a wide variety of
administrative functions to carry out the day-to-day operations to
support the CFO and Finance Team. The Finance Office Manager must
have strong time management skills and be able to work
independently. The position will be responsible for managing
competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining
a high degree of organization, confidentiality, and
accuracy.Education & Certification Requirements--- Two to three
years of related financial and administrative office experience
required.--- GED or diploma required. Associate degree in a related
field preferred.Experience & Training Requirements--- Must have
strong data entry skills with the focus on detail and accuracy.---
Ability to learn and adapt to new computer programs and data entry
systems.--- Strong proficiency with Office 365, Microsoft Excel,
PowerPoint and other Microsoft software.--- Strong written and
verbal communication skills.--- Excellent organizational and time
management skills.--- Great customer service and interpersonal
skills.--- Problem-solving and basic troubleshooting skills.---
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.Desired Outcomes--- Proven
proficiency with the use of Microsoft tools.--- Organizes workload
throughout the day to meet project timelines and deadlines.---
Works closely with CFO and finance team to enter data and submit
reports within all required timelines.Essential Job Requirements &
Duties(These include but are not limited to the following. The
company reserves the right to add to, delete, change, or modify the
essential duties and responsibilities at any time.)--- Responsible
for entering data as needed in electronic tracking system(s)
efficiently within designated timeline.--- Responsible for
processing check and money order deposits electronically.---
Responsible for incident reporting form sorting and distribution to
appropriate parties.--- Work collaboratively with the headquarters
office team in the management and distribution of mail and package
into the finance team.--- Assist with new vendor processing and
verification within our internal procurement platform, Kissflow.---
Ensure efficient administrative support for CFO & Finance team.---
Create a positive working environment through organization,
communication, and time management.--- Schedule appointments and
maintain the CFO's calendar.--- Schedule and coordinate Finance
related staff and other meetings as requested.--- Write and edit
documents, memos and instructional documents as needed.--- Create
and maintain filing systems, both electronic through SharePoint and
physical as needed.--- Assist with preparing monthly reports and
maintaining accurate up-to-date records and information required
for the CFO and finance team.--- Ensure timely submission of all
reports.--- Prepare communications, such as memos, emails,
invoices, reports, and other correspondence as needed.--- Work
collaboratively with all Chicago Commons' teams.--- Ordering and
maintaining office supplies for Finance and General Admin.---
Perform other duties as assigned.Physical Requirements:The physical

of this job, the employee is regularly required to speak and read
English proficiently. The employee must regularly operate a
word-processing system and therefore must be able to read, produce
and transmit data on such a system. The employee frequently is
required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and stoop,
kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or
move up to 15 pounds.Specific vision requirements include the
ability to see at close range.Working Conditions:(The unavoidable,
