We seek a detail-oriented professional with stellar customer service and collaboration skills to support our agency and community by promoting State Farm products and services. To be considered for this position you must meet the following criteria: Must have or be able to obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license prior to start date. Must be willing to commute to our agency locate at: 10028 S Western Avenue, Chicago, IL 60643 (this is an in-office position) If you meet the above criteria, please submit your resume and we will follow up with the next steps. Position Overview: As an Office Manager you will support our agency to continually achieve its goals. You will empower our team by implementing and supporting policies and consistently ensuring excellent and mutually beneficial customer experiences.Responsibilities include but not limited to: Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Assist agent and sales team with agency goals. Ensure the office is well-maintained and continuously equipped to successfully meet customer needs and to market relevant products.
