Ideal candidates will have a passion for working with kids and the ability to teach basketball fundamentals in a fun and engaging camp environment.At Breakthrough Basketball, we are dedicated to developing youth both on and off the court. Our goal is to nurture players who understand the game and embody sportsmanship. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, and coaches should be enthusiastic, patient, have a sense of humor, and maintain a positive attitude. You will also serve as a role model, setting high moral standards and fostering a supportive atmosphere.standards. Our coaches are expected to be role models and positive examples at all times.Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage with new participants
• Provide emotional support and encouragement
• Ensure participant safety at all times
• Promote a fun, positive training experienceRequirements:
