Job Description:

A company is looking for an Operational Performance Director.
Key Responsibilities

Build staffing models and KPIs for employee performance
Develop and deliver operational scorecards and organizational insights
Analyze organizational performance and initiate recovery plans to improve efficiency

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of experience in Operations, Insurance, or related field
High School Diploma or Equivalent and 10+ years of experience in Operations, Insurance, or related field
Experience in a data-driven role, such as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst
Expert knowledge of risk exposures and risk improvement best practices
People management experience
