DescriptionThe Finance & Accounting Manager - Corporate FP&A
will be responsible for leading critical financial and governance
processes within the Business Advisory Services Group. This role
will be responsible for crafting and presenting G&A and Capital
financial narratives to Senior Leaders, owning policy creation and
communication, resource & documentation development, and
cross-functional enablement in alignment with organizational goals.
The ideal candidate will bring a proven ability to implement
structured processes, communicate effectively, and collaborate
across diverse teams.Key Responsibilities of this Role Include:
- Manage reporting and projection for the $3B Corporate G&A
budget, including ownership of the G&A narrative for reporting
to Senior Finance leadership and the Board of Directors.
- Prepare financial modeling & analysis for cross-functional and
executive partners.
- Develop and maintain G&A governance policy and
processes.
- Create and design standardized reporting and projection intake
processes to support finance advisory across all Global
Functions.
- Own detailed finance timelines and processes in partnership
with internal stakeholders, including Strategic Finance, Investor
Relations, Global Controllership, and the FP&A Center of
Excellence. Maintain and communicate key deliverables seamlessly
across various channels and functions.
- External Audit support & Accounting enablement including
setting of monthly close standards.
- Manage, motivate, and develop one direct report.This role will
report to the Director of Central Planning & Strategic Finance

range for this role is $112,860 - $143,900 per year.The above
represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.

experience, and other job-related factors.Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of Finance or Accounting experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- CPA preferred.
- Advanced proficiency within Excel & PowerPoint. Proficiency
within Analytics Tools (e.g., PowerBI, Alteryx, Tableau, etc.) a
plus.
- Ability to manipulate and analyze large amounts of
non-standardized data quickly and efficiently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to
communicate complex issues to executive and non-technical
stakeholders; ability to synthesize varying feedback and
perspectives.
- Self-motivated with the ability to establish and meet
deadlines; excellent organizational skills and ability to both
problem solve and balance competing priorities.
- Ability to influence diverse stakeholders & senior leaders,
develop strong relationships, and work seamlessly across functions
