We take an experience-centered approach which uses human insights to take ideas from vision to outcome and build end-to-end experience-led solutions that enable brands to transform their customer and employee experiences using design, marketing, and commerce capabilities.Location: Chicago IL (Hybrid)*Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the US*Roles & Responsibilities:Craft and develop architectures for sophisticated security services on the public Cloud (Azure).Provide architectural consultation to various applications teams on security aspects.Design solutions in Microsoft Azure as per project specifications and needs.Develop code efficiently and perform proof of concepts that meet industry standards and regulations.Perform testing including unit testing and integration testing.Work with clients to ensure smooth and successful implementation, delivery, and deployment of solutions.Maintain the existing code base for any bugs or fixes.Participate actively in Agile ceremonies.Supply user documentation of products, and collaborate proactively to promptly respond, resolve, or remediate issues.Qualifications:Minimum 12+ years of IT experience with 5 years as an Architect.Experience working on Cloud-based Java applications.Knowledge of Enterprise Java, Spring, XML/XSLT, JSON.Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Security, REST API using Microservice Architecture.Experience crafting solutions on Azure Cloud and different cloud services.Experience in monitoring and building resilient architectures.Proficiency in API Management, API design, and Swagger documentation.Strong experience in OAuth, OIDC, OpenID Connect, Authentication, and Authorization.Good experience in documenting designs and teamwork.Experience in unit testing, load testing, and code documentation.Experience with SQL, Relational Databases, HTML, and ORM technology such as JPA2 and Hibernate.Application integration using API, REST, and SOAP web services.Experience with Service-Oriented Architecture applications and cloud-based services, preferably PCF or Public Cloud.Familiarity with Azure DevOps CI/CD, Bamboo, and GIT.Experience with API Management tools (Layer7 API Developer Portal, Azure APIM).Technical familiarity with identity access management tools like OKTA and Oracle Access Manager.Experience in Financial Services is a plus.Salary and Other Compensation:Applications will be accepted until 01/30/2025.The annual salary for this position is between $102,000 - $180,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.Benefits: Cognizant offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:
